Principal product designer thriving in complex spaces by unraveling ambiguity & solving for big impact.
With over 12 years of experience in design, I currently lead the pre-award space at Instrumentl, shaping how AI supports nonprofits discover, pursue, and manage grants. Previously, I led design at Honor, driving experiences that made home healthcare more coordinated, consistent, and personal.
My work sits at the intersection of complex systems, human behavior, and empathy. I’m at my best when bringing teams together around a problem that isn’t fully defined, driving curiosity & thoughtful collaboration to make sure we’re solving the right thing.
From there, I shape product vision and lead it end-to-end, connecting systems, workflows, and data into elegant solutions, accelerating exploration and decision-making through early prototyping to deliver clear, impactful outcomes.
At the 🖤 of it — I drive thoughtful, systemic solutions for good-hearted people doing meaningful things
